Customer service is more than simply providing you with an excellent product. When you hire me, I will be available to you via e-mail, SMS/text, telephone, SourceConnectNow and Skype Video/Audio both before and throughout the production process. If you need me to re-record a single word at 3 A.M., give me a call. After all, that's what you're paying me for. All projects recorded from my studio are deliverable via e-mail, FTP, or overnight mail in your choice of file formats.
